Knowesis Wins Psychological Health Program Management Support Task Order with the Defense Health Agency

FAIRFAX, Va., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Knowesis Inc. has been awarded a task order from the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to provide Psychological Health Program Management Support Services for the Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). The award was made under Knowesis’ OMNIBUS IV Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, following a competitive best-value evaluation.
The task order runs for a base period from September 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027, with four option periods extending performance through February 2031. Under this task order, Knowesis and our partner ICF Incorporated will deliver technical and operational support across PHCoE’s full mission set, spanning business operations, strategic communication and outreach, large dataset management and statistical analysis, psychological health research and research translation, and health promotion and behavior change support for service members and their families.
Knowesis brings a proven record of federal health support services, including prior and ongoing work across the Department of War (DoW) and the Military Health System. The company holds a Top Secret Facility Clearance and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications, and maintains a Federal wide Assurance through the Department of Health and Human Services to support PHCoE’s research, advanced analytics, data management and health promotions requirements.
