The Townsend Family attended the award ceremony on August 5th to accept the honor on behalf of the company.

The North Shore YMCA selected Townsend for its continued support over the years; a cause that has always been close to the heart of Carol Townsend, part of the fourth generation of family ownership, and mother of current President, Brookes Townsend, and Chief Operations Officer, Court Townsend. Townsend’s partnership with the YMCA spans numerous initiatives, including sponsoring families during the holiday season, hosting golf tournaments, and supporting the Build-A-Bed project, which provides beds to families in need, among other efforts.
