TAE Life Sciences (“TAELS”) today announced a new contract manufacturing agreement with Foxsemicon Integrated Technology, Inc. (“FITI”), a global vertically integrated high-end equipment manufacturer, headquartered in Taiwan. Under the agreement, FITI will provide component fabrication, board- and system-level assembly, and testing services in support of TAELS’s Alphabeam™ BNCT technology platforms.

FITI was selected as TAELS’s manufacturing partner based on several key factors:

  • Proven scale and reliability. FITI has a long track record supporting some of the world’s largest technology companies, giving TAELS confidence in its ability to deliver consistent quality at volume.

  • Relevant technical expertise. FITI has 25 years of expertise in high-end equipment manufacturing, including semiconductor process equipment and medical equipment with comprehensive mechanical, optical, electrical, radio frequency (RF), and software technologies — capabilities directly relevant to TAELS’s systems.

  • Quality certification. FITI operates an ISO 13485-certified manufacturing facility, reflecting a quality management system built around rigorous process control, traceability, and documentation.

While FITI will manufacture and test components and subsystems under the agreement, TAELS will continue to perform final system assembly, integration, and installation directly at customers’ facilities worldwide. This structure allows TAE to draw on FITI’s manufacturing capacity and specialized expertise for upstream production while retaining direct, in-house control over the final assembly, quality verification, and on-site installation of its systems.
