ObservePoint, the Web Governance platform enterprise brands use to scan and govern their websites, today launched the ObservePoint MCP Server. Built on the open Model Context Protocol (MCP), the server gives AI assistants access to more than 100 ObservePoint tools. Teams ask for what they need in plain language, and the AI builds and runs the Audits, Journeys, Rules, Alerts, and Reports in minutes instead of hours, including bulk updates across hundreds of Rules. ObservePoint’s own implementation team uses the MCP Server to onboard new customers and has cut onboarding time by 80%.
ObservePoint answers hard questions about a website, such as which cookies fire before consent or which analytics tags broke in the last release. But getting those answers has meant knowing which Audit to build, which Rules to write, and which report to pull. On most teams, only one or two experts know how. Everyone else waits. Now anyone on the team can get those answers by asking.
Ask the Question. Your AI Builds the Answer.
Users can ask their AI questions such as “Find any pages where my consent banner isn’t working right,” “Build a report on our website’s unapproved cookies for my executive team,” or “I migrated from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics. Update all my ObservePoint rules, re-run the audits, and find any pages where the migration is incomplete or broken.” The AI draws on ObservePoint’s data, documentation, and Web Governance Frameworks (including CIPA, CCPA, and Adobe Analytics health checks) to recommend next steps, build what’s needed, and return answers with sources.
“One of the biggest challenges in any organization is getting the resources you need to do your job,” said John Pestana, CEO and Co-Founder of ObservePoint. “The ObservePoint MCP server becomes an AI workforce for you. You can just talk to it, and it actually does the work. What used to take 10 to 20 clicks turns into just asking a question.”
Connect ObservePoint to the Rest of Your Workflow
When paired with MCP servers from other tools a team already uses, the AI assistant can run multi-system workflows. For example, it can pull site traffic data from Adobe Experience Platform to prioritize critical URLs, run targeted consent Audits in ObservePoint using the team’s consent category mappings, and push tickets to Adobe Workfront for any failed consent checks, all with the user’s approval.
Built on the Account You Already Have
ObservePoint hosts the MCP Server, so there is no software to install. Each user signs in with their existing ObservePoint credentials, so the AI can only see and do what the user is allowed to.
Availability
The ObservePoint MCP Server is available today for ObservePoint customers and works with MCP-compatible AI assistants.
